1 1/2 inch Plastic Shoe / Base Plate Cover for use with 4"x 4" Base Plate. These one piece shoes slip onto the 1 1/2 inch square tube and over the base plate to provide a finished look. The plastic gives excellent weather protection and provides longevity to steel base plates under them.
