1 1/4 inch Plastic Shoe / Base Plate Cover for use with 3"x 3" Base Plate. These one piece shoes slip onto the 1 1/4 inch square tube and over the base plate to provide a finished look. The plastic gives excellent weather protection and provides longevity to steel base plates under them.
